Kwicksilver’s generous sales services commissions paid to its master franchisees are 100% of the initial franchise fees received, until the master franchisee has received payments equal to the initial fee paid to Kwicksilver for the territory. Thereafter, the master franchisee receives 80% of all franchise fees received from its sales efforts.In addition, a master franchisee is entitled to 80% of all royalties received from franchises it has sold.
